Class Economics and Social Development

This UC intends to give to the students knowing about the area of economy and relate this knowledge wimh social development. Also intends that students understand the most important indicateurs about development and that the students know how to analyse development projects and write works in that areas.   .

The economics fundaments; Basic elements of demand and supply; Economy and Society: interaction and models; The functions of State and his role social and economic; Public policies for development; Social and solidar economy; Ethics and social responsibility in organizations; Institurtions devoted to development; Management of socioeconomi projects of development.  

Adult education active methods will be used, namely: a) classroom debates; B) viewing of online videos followed by debate; c) group exercises in the classroom, using the websites of the European Commission and other national and international bodies.
