The Project/Dissertation/Internship Curricular Unit is essential in the Applied Master's Degree in Advanced Human Resources Management, allowing students to apply theoretical knowledge in practical contexts. It covers areas such as strategic HR management, organizational development, recruitment and selection, performance evaluation and compensation policies. Facilitates the practical application of knowledge, provides direct experience in the job market and develops critical reflection and problem-solving skills, preparing students for the challenges of the job market in human resources through the development of a final work of action/or research carrying out a curricular internship.

This Course Unit aims to assist students during the Project or Internship by answering concrete questions that may arise in the relationship with the organization/company in which the case study is being conducted. In this way, the contents can always be adapted to the specific needs of the students, but there is a minimum set of contents to discuss with the students during their follow-up: CP1. Identification and definition of the intervention/research problem CP2. Active and creative search for forms of intervention/action adapted to the reality of each organization/company CP3. Ethical conduct of a professional in the HR area CP4. Construction of the Project/Dissertation/Internship Report before rules for writing and discussion

Objectives
This Course Unit This UC aims to develop skills for analyzing and solving concrete organizational problems (case study) in the area of HRM and Organizational Intervention. The internship must be carried out by students who have no experience in the HR area, and the Project Work is carried out by students who already have professional experience in the HR area. The goals are: OA1. Diagnosing problems in an organizational context; OA2. Plan the solution and identify the instruments (and their construction) necessary for its implementation; OA3. Demonstrate ethical conduct in contact with the organization/company and in relation to all its employees, as well as in the treatment of confidential data that has access; OA4. Present the Project Work Report or the Internship Report, reporting on the case study or the specific intervention, respecting the writing rules.

Individual and group follow-up of the questions concerning the ongoing case study/organisational intervention; Expositive Methodology - Presentation of the programmatic contents considered; Active Methodology - Autonomous realization of the case study during the Project/Internship and continuous presentation of its development. Evaluation of the Project/ Internship Report and the public presentation and defense of the Report.
