Preparation of contests of civil engineering works contests and actions to be developed until the contracting. Description  of the process to carryi out the works: - designer's perspective (geometric and technical identification of the work) - contractor's perspective (cost control, quality and safety) - perspective of the owner of work /supervision (monitoring the execution process under the conditions of the contract) Changes in management procedures resulting from technological and computer developments (Building Information Modelling and use of artificial intteligence)
