Class Dissertation

The Dissertation aims for the student to develop scientific research work, being capable of selecting and gathering relevant information and bibliography, and of applying the knowledge, skills, and abilities acquired during this course of study.

The curricular unit Dissertation aims to apply the knowledge and skills acquired to practical activities of the respective professional profile and includes the implementation of activities under supervision, using the techniques, equipment and materials included in the present Masters. The internship, preparation of the dissertation or project are supervised, and this supervision can be ensured in a regime of joint supervision.

For the elaboration of the master thesis, the teaching methodology is essentially of individual work with tutorial guidance.
