    - The student must assimilate and practice all the concepts of Labor Law as well as the rules of Social Security (especially the consequences of a termination of contract), so that and while HRM can understand the differentiation of the concept of people to worker; this UC aims at the future application of interconnection in the company and should serve as a link between the various themes involved in the business structure, and must know how to apply and interpret the various legal rules as pillars of a healthy working environment.

    1 - Sources of Labor Law as essential elements for understanding legal norms. 2 - Workers 'personality rights and consequences of employers' defaults; duties of the parties. 3 - Concept of companies and employment contract and service provision. 4 - Absences, vacations and holidays: practical application. 5 - Retribution and the various models used. 6 - Termination of employment contracts. 7 - Concept of the disciplinary process. 8 - The consequences of the end of employment contracts and implications for Social Security legislation.

    Objectives

    - Students must understand and apply all the implications of prior hiring, maintaining the employment contract and terminating it, always with the subsidiary right that may emerge from the Social Security legislation; corporate HR is most often the core of conflicts between employers and workers, and the HRM must use legal reasons in order to have an independent attitude and in line with the interests of the parties.
