LO1: Develop students' understanding of the importance of strategic Human Resources management in the tourism sector; LO2: Make students aware of the objectives of Human Resources management by competences in tourism; LO3: Enable students to manage the different types of skills in tourism; LO4: Enable students to develop training programs in tourism; LO5: Enable students with techniques to create profiles based on tourism competence benchmarks; LO6: Enable students with techniques to analyze an interview and draw up competency profiles in tourism LO7: Enable students with techniques to analyze functions and create profiles of competences in tourism; LO8: Enable students with methods and techniques to attract, recruit and select candidates for tourism; LO9: Train students to draw up a training and development plan.
