Objectives
The intended Learning Outcomes (LO) are: LO1: Show the basic project concepts LO2: Describe the life cycle of projects, the decision-making process and several organizational structures advantages and disadvantages LO3: Identify which customers to satisfy in a project LO4: Define targets and performance index LO5: Define a project Scope LO6: Enunciate the development phase on project teams and describe the difference on management and leadership in a project LO7: Apply the organization, scheduling and control tools in a project LO8: Identify which are the leadership fundamental features in project management LO9: Describe the importance of the communication process in project management; LO10: Describe the importance of negotiation and conflict management in project management; LO11: Describe the importance of managing risk factors in project management; LO12: Apply project documentation in project management.
