1. Public administration and its principles. 2. The employment relationship and employment in public functions: modalities. 3. Public employment. 4. Public employment contract by commission, by appointment, by employment contract in public functions, for a resolutive term and for an indefinite period. 5. The provision of work: activity, place of work, careers, performance evaluation; mobility. 6. Working and non-working times. 7. In-service accidents. 8. Changes in the public employment relationship. 9. Exercise of disciplinary power. 10. Termination of public employment relationship. 11. Collective law: specifics in relation to the common labour regime.

Objectives
It is intended that, after completing this cycle, the student will be able to exercise with competence, rigor, critical and innovative spirit, juridical activity, and consulting in contextualized knowledge of law is an asset.
