Objectives
Objectives
Firstly, it seeks to provide students with the necessary knowledge to handle the sources to be applied in relation to employment contracts with a special regime, as they are contracts with a double subsidiarity relationship. These are, in fact, employment contracts whose subjection to a special regime may result from the special relationship established between the parties or from the specialty of the functions performed. In view of these specificities in the curricular unit, the characteristics, applicability requirements and legal regime of each of the special contracts are studied, allowing students to establish legislative subsidiarity relationships whenever applicable and an in-depth knowledge of employment contracts with a special regime.

Teaching methodologies and assessment
Teaching methodologies and assessment
The curricular unit will be teaching with a balance between theorical-practical exposition of topics by professor (presentation and discussion of the subjects and questions of the syllabus and their knowledge application) in the and dialogue with and between students. During classes students are encouraged to ask questions, give their opinion in relevant subjects, and participate in case-solving classes. Presenting assignments is also a very important learning tool. Students may choose to write an essay on a particular subject. A list of suggestions will be available, but students may choose a different subject. The professor will be available to discuss the subject choice.
