Sustainability in the context of Social Organizations: framework Social Sustainability. The importance of innovation and partnerships. Concepts and indicators. Environmental Sustainability in Social Organizations. Concepts and indicators. Economic and Financial Sustainability in Social Organizations: Financial analysis instruments (economic-financial ratios and indicators). Project financing. Concept of budget management: Budget management and control instruments. European funds for the Social Sector.

Objectives
Objectives
Acquisition of knowledge about economic and financial performance of a Social and Welfare Unit organization, as well as its budgetary, social and environmental management. Students must acquire skills that enable them to manage social organizations, being able to apply the ESG Environmental, Social (Social) and Governance (Corporate Governance) approach, a strategic and analytical approach widely used by analysts to assess the sustainability performance.
