Presentation
This Master's degree, of a professional nature, which aims to develop technical-scientific skills for the adequate integration of future HR professionals, or the career development of those who already work in the area, was designed to allow the progressive deepening of knowledge and the development of skills professionals. The three semesters are organized for an increasingly deeper acquisition and training of the knowledge and skills acquired. In the 3rd semester, the student will apply all theoretical-scientific knowledge and organizational intervention practices to identify a problem/challenge, by completing an internship, in one of FCESE's partner organizations.

Syllabus
This UC aims to assist students during the Internship, providing answers to specific questions that may arise in the relationship with the organization/company in which the case study is being carried out. In this way, the content can always be adapted to the specific needs of the students, although there is a minimum set of content to discuss with the students during their monitoring: CP1. Identification and definition of the intervention/investigation problem CP2. Active and creative search for forms of intervention/action adapted to the reality of each organization/company CP3. Ethical conduct of a professional in the HR field CP4. Construction of the Internship report according to writing and discussion standards

Objectives
Objectives
This UC aims to develop skills in analyzing and solving concrete organizational problems (case study) in the area of HRM and Organizational Intervention. The Internship must be carried out by students who do not have experience in the HR area. OA1. Diagnose problems in an organizational context; OA2. Plan the solution, as well as identify the instruments (and their construction) necessary for its implementation; OA3. Demonstrate ethical conduct in contact with the organization/company and in relation to all its employees, as well as in the treatment of confidential data to which the student has access; OA4. Present the Internship Report, reporting the case study or specific intervention, respecting the writing rules.

- Individual and group follow-up of the questions concerning the ongoing case study/organisational intervention; - Active Methodology - Autonomous realization of the case study during the Internship and continuouspresentation of its development. - Evaluation of the Project/ Internship Report and the public presentation and defense of the Report.
