Candidates must cumulatively fulfil the following conditions:
a) Hold a higher academic qualification as referred to in article 17(1)(a) to (c) of Decree-Law no. 74/2006, of 24 March, as amended by Decree-Laws no. 107/2008, of 25 June, 230/2009, of 14 September, and 115/2013, of 7 August;
b) Have obtained, either as part of the academic qualification referred to in the previous paragraph or in other higher education study cycles, at least 120 ECTS credits in the scientific area of Computer Science;
c) Demonstrate competence in the Portuguese language.
Candidates may also be admitted who, while not complying with point b), demonstrate that they have at least 90 ECTS in the scientific area of Computer Science, in which case enrolment in the curricular units of the didactics and induction to professional practice components is conditional on obtaining the missing credits.
The course directorate verifies that each candidate's training fulfils the minimum training credits, both quantitatively and qualitatively, including a Portuguese language test.
Grading criteria
Candidates with a classification in their previous qualification:
50% Classification of previous qualification
50% Curriculum evaluation (Curriculum + Motivation Letter)
Candidates without a classification in their previous qualification:
75% Curriculum evaluation
25% Motivation letter
