Class Law for Administrative Offences

  • Presentation

    Presentation

ThThe present curricular unit is justified in a doctoral course because it constitutes, at the present time, a sancionatory lawt present in practically all areas of intervention, namely in the economic, financial, competition, e.g. now, also, as an offense to prevent the phenomenon of corruption. Therefore, it is important to problematize its dogmatic categories, its added value compared to other rights and the need for its existence to be profoundly renewed.
