    1 Strategic and Digital Leadership in Changing Contexts Training to lead organizations in highly uncertain scenarios, combining systemic thinking, strategic vision and digital skills. Participants develop data-driven decision-making skills and take an active role in defining and executing transformation strategies. 2. Design and Implementation of Digital Transformation Processes Mastery of methodologies for planning and operationalizing digitalization processes for business models, operations and value chains. Includes skills in digital maturity analysis, alignment between information systems and strategic objectives and integrated change management. 3. Fostering a Culture of Innovation and Organizational Agility Development of skills to foster an organizational culture geared towards continuous innovation, experimentation and collaboration.
