Objectives
At the end of the UC students should be able to: Know the essential concepts of management control and quality management. Identify the role, objectives, recipients and diversity of instruments of a management control system. Develop and analyze management control instruments, both strategically and operationally. Identify the implementation problems of the different instruments (BSC, ROI, etc). Implement Quality Assurance. Identify the Quality Standards.
