To this end, emphasis is placed on the concepts, methods and practices applied and most used nowadays and on how to implement them holistically. Objectives
Objectives
It is intended that at the end of the UC students will be able to: Recognize the basic aspects of the HR microeconomic and HR management and employment/unemployment approach. Provide practical skills to apply theoretical approaches to practical issues. Enable students to critically analyze the job market and wages at National and European level. To endow students with critical capacity in the decisions taken in terms of economic policy, namely those that have an impact on the labor market.
