Class Project Management

Given the introductory nature of this UC, it is important to start with a set of basic concepts that will establish the common language of this area, the presentation of Project Management as a discipline and profession, as well as the main standards and references. The Project Management is presented in all its comprehensiveness and involvement, in a current view, moving on to the detail of some techniques considered core and therefore worthy of emphasis.

This UC adopts a mixed methodology of oral presentation and active methods, with the aim of applying the acquired theoretical knowledge and in order to facilitate the teaching-learning process. The students will be distributed in teams and each team will have to design a project to which they will apply the techniques presented throughout the UC.
