    At the end of this course participants should be able to: Recognise Project Management in its current perspective and in its full scope Understand the importance of sustainability for projects and for project management Understand what the SDGs are and what the contribution and impact of projects on these goals Integrate sustainability principles in the life cycle of your projects Use the PMCanvas as a facilitator technique for designing and communicating a project Create a WBS and its dictionary Schedule a project in a simple way Define a procedure to manage changes to a project Create a risk management plan

    Teaching methodologies and assessment

    This UC adopts a mixed methodology of oral presentation and active methods, with the aim of applying the acquired theoretical knowledge and in order to facilitate the teaching-learning process. The students will be distributed in teams and each team will have to design a project to which they will apply the techniques presented throughout the UC.
