Class Society and Political Culture

This Curricular Unit (UC) operates within two fundamental concepts: society and political culture. It places them in a specific regional area - Europe and more specifically the European Union - and dialogues with the whole course insofar as it deepens these two essential concepts of the social sciences and, particularly, of political science, analyzing how they can be read in the light of the creation of a concrete society and political culture - the European one. The teaching-learning process is based on mixed approaches between expository sessions, guided and commented readings on reference texts and moments of debate according to the syllabus, with the aim of promoting a comprehensive analysis of society and political culture in the European context.
