    This innovative and intensive course explores advanced technological solutions to promote more efficient, sustainable and resilient agriculture. The programme aims to equip students with the knowledge and skills to meet the current and future challenges of the agricultural sector through the application of smart technologies. The course focuses on the integration of tools such as digitalisation, modelling and Earth Observation systems, applied to the monitoring, management and optimisation of agricultural practices. The programme is taught by a faculty of excellence, which includes university professors and experts from leading national and international institutions, organisations and companies. The course will be taught online, predominantly in Portuguese, with some sessions in English by international guest speakers.

    Applicants may hold a bachelor's, master's or legally equivalent degree, as well as professionals with relevant experience in the field. Other candidates with a strong interest in water technologies in agriculture and adequate knowledge to follow the course will also be considered.
