ULusófona Already Has An Eco-Schools Flag

The Faculty of Engineering of Universidade Lusófona - Centro Universitário Lisboa has been awarded the title of Eco-Escola! The work carried out throughout 2021 by the Eco-Schools Council team at the Faculty of Engineering, Universidade Lusófona, was highly praised by the Associação Bandeira Azul da Europa (ABAE), which gave it an excellent evaluation. According to the assessment, a remarkable job in environmental education and management for sustainability was achieved, showing great commitment despite the constraints of the pandemic, and meeting all the set targets.

In October, the Faculty of Engineering will receive the Eco-Schools Flag, symbolising the institution's commitment to a progressively sustainable academic community. The Eco-Schools programme at the Faculty of Engineering will continue with further activities at the start of the next academic year, extending its reach to the entire university community.
