
ULusófona Students Take Part in Educational Visit to Quinta das Águias
Eco-Schools students deepen their knowledge of biodiversity conservation and organic farming practices

As part of the Eco-Schools programme, students and teachers from Lusófona University went on a study visit to Quinta das Águias, with the aim of deepening their knowledge of Biodiversity conservation and Sustainability practices. During the visit, the participants had the opportunity to take a closer look at organic farming techniques, seed preservation and the enhancement of arid soils, in a space recognised for its self-sufficiency. The initiative also allowed the students to select seeds for use in practical classes and in the university's organic garden, reinforcing the institutional commitment to environmental education and the promotion of sustainable practices.
