The UC Theory 2.2 program is based on the social and technological transition between the 19th and 20th centuries, the context of the emergence of the Modern Movement. Giving particular attention to new programs, as well as their role in the construction and transformation of cities, the UC addresses the main texts/manifestos that marked architectural production in the first half of the 20th century. Cultural, social, and political influences are considered in construction, mainly in the context of the modern city.
