The role of the 2nd grade coach as a pedagogical leader in the training of practitioners and in the process of sports development; 1.1 The responsibilities of the 2nd grade coach; 1.2 Profile and general skills of the 2nd grade coach. 2. The pedagogical intervention of the 2nd grade coach in training and competition. 3. Sports and professional ethics; 3.1 The importance of coach education as a factor of sports development; 3.2 Being a coach: knowing how to be. 4. Parents in the sporting practice of children and young people; 4.1 The role of parents; 4.2 Basic strategies to deal with parents. 5. Sports coaching. 6. The mission and functions of Team Manager and Sports Director.

Objectives
Objectives
This curricular unit aims to: 1- Know technical and pedagogical abilities and responsibilities of the 2nd grade coach. 2- Identify sport training as a pedagogical and teaching process inseparable from educational concerns. 3- Know how to identify the essential ethical behaviors and the appropriate profile of the 2nd grade coach. 4- Recognize the important role of parents in the sporting practice of children and young people and to know strategies to deal with different types of parents with a positive attitude. 5- Identify the main communication and methodological assumptions for an adequate intervention in training and competition. 6- Identify and distinguish the functions of sports agents, with direct and indirect intervention in Soccer training and competition.

Teaching methodologies and assessment
In this Curricular Unit the transmission of content will be accomplished through power point exposure, visualization of practical examples, reading of articles, group dynamics, role playing and debates. Inivation in assessement: The evaluation consists of a conference organization, including poster, registration, schedule, forms of dissemination, photographic coverage, etc. and participation as a speaker, with a theme inserted in the curricular unit.
