COURSE IN ASSOCIATION BETWEEN THE FOLLOWING HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS: Universidade Lusófona (Lisbon University Centre and Porto University Centre); Instituto Superior Manuel Teixeira Gomes (ISMAT) - if you are interested, submit your application to this institution. The Master's Degree in Management and Innovation in Tourism and Hospitality continues the project of training and education in the area of tourism and hospitality with a focus on structuring themes such as internationalisation strategies, digital transformation, financial analysis of investments and revenue management, crisis management and marketing. This programme aims to develop strategic skills for creating and implementing innovative solutions with impact, in response to the new contexts and challenges of today. Its main objective is to provide proactive training to promote innovation and competitiveness.

Admission Conditions
Candidates with basic training in the areas of Tourism, Hotel Management, Management and Administration, Economic Sciences, or similar, and who are: a) Holders of a higher education degree or legal equivalent; b) Holders of a 1st cycle of higher education studies in another country adhering to the Bologna Process; c) Holders of a higher education degree obtained in another country, provided it is recognised as being in line with the objectives of the bachelor's degree d) Holders of an academic, scientific or professional curriculum in which the candidate can attest to their ability to complete this cycle of studies, and which is recognised by the competent scientific bodies of ISMAT, CUP and CUL. Selection criteria: Years of professional experience; Degree obtained; Current area of work in Tourism, Hotel Management, Management or similar; Interview, Knowledge of B1 level English or enrolment on an extracurricular English course to be provided by ISMAT, CUP and CUL.

Methodologies of interaction with the teacher, tutorials, videos, compulsory readings and other multimedia elements develop knowledge (knowing-knowing). Interpersonal relationships in discussion forums, group work, oral presentations, bootcamps, among others, contribute to the application of knowledge and interpersonal relationships (knowing how to be). Simulation methodologies, assignments, virtual forums, among others, contribute to measuring student progress (knowing how to do).
