    With the renowned teaching quality of the country's largest education group, Universidade Lusófona and the Instituto Politécnico da Lusofonia, namely through its executive school Lusófona Executive School, and in partnership with the digital platform made up of several national companies and institutions, this `Digital Transformation for Managers¿ training, part of the Líder+ Digital programme, presents itself as a fundamental catalyst in the training of managers and business leaders, enabling them not only to understand, but to effectively lead the digital transformation journey in their organisations. This programme is structured around curricular units that have been meticulously selected to cover key aspects of digital transformation, namely: Leadership in Digital Transformation: Developing adaptive leadership skills to guide teams through the challenges and opportunities of digital transformation. Customers: Creating value from Digital Marketing to Customer Experience: Explore strategies to digitally engage customers, maximising value through personalised experiences. Innovation: in start-ups and large companies: Stimulating a culture of continuous innovation, adaptable to both start-ups and companies. Technologies: disruptive accelerators: Identifying and applying disruptive technologies that can serve as catalysts for digital transformation. Data and Artificial Intelligence: a business asset: Using data and AI to drive decision-making based on insights, optimising processes and innovating products/services.

    Who is this course for?

    This measure is aimed at, regardless of their level of digital proficiency: Managers and leaders of companies, business associations and social economy organisations; Senior technical staff with the potential to develop leadership and management responsibilities. Within the scope of the recipients identified, preference is given to those who represent: People of the under-represented sex in managerial and managerial positions, under the terms of the Labour Code; Managers and directors of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises under the terms of Article 100 of the Labour Code. Recipients of this measure must submit a declaration signed by the head of their employer, attesting to: The position and responsibilities assumed by them. Authorisation by the employer's top manager to implement a digital transformation plan, created for this purpose taking into account the size and digital maturity of the employer. The size of the employer (the number of employees on the organisation's staff). Authorisation from the employer's top manager to assess the level of digital maturity of their organisation. If the employer's top manager also wishes to benefit from this measure, the attached declaration is also applicable, provided he/she gives a sworn statement.
