Education is facing increasingly complex challenges, requiring innovative approaches that promote meaningful and inclusive learning. In this context, co-operative learning has emerged as an essential pedagogical strategy, capable of transforming the classroom into a space for collaboration, active participation and the integral development of students. The COOPERA Project, based on the principles of co-operation, involvement and equity, has proven its effectiveness over time in promoting more dynamic and participatory teaching. Now, we have evolved into a new phase: COOPERA 360, an expanded and integrated model that aims to deepen and expand co-operative practices in diverse educational contexts, with a focus on inclusion and improving learning. This training aims to discuss the principles and potential of co-operative work in the classroom.
