This course aims to lead students to develop skills in understanding and producing spoken and written English through the progressive acquisition and application of grammatical and lexical knowledge within the context of aviation, so that by the end of the semester, students are able to communicate about aviation topics in English.

Syllabus
Oral practice through classroom interventions and individual and / or group presentations on topics related to aviation; Development of more advanced grammatical skills such as if clauses, the passive voice, phrasal verbs, idioms, direct and indirect speech, and discursive skills such as the sequence of verb tenses in the organization of longer paragraphs; Aviation-related vocabulary development, namely aircraft, airports and safety and security; Development of writing skills on aviation-related topics; Development of reading and interpretation skills based on aeronautical texts; Oral practice focusing on pronunciation and fluency to improve oral expression in English.
