Presentation
The Curricular Unit has a theoretical-practical scope that aims to transmit, in some detail, both knowledge about the foundations, concepts, thinking and strategic reflection, as well as the principles related to the analysis, formulation and implementation of strategies. Carrying out applied work and presenting case studies will facilitate the learning and operationalization of concepts and analytical models, in light of the complexity and uncertainties inherent to current business dynamics.
