    Objectives

    Psychology and Communication curricular unit aims to understand the importance of interpersonal relationships and working conditions as job satisfaction. Apply techniques in order to understand the emotional side of the human being as a fundamental action to establish healthy interpersonal relationships and social relations. The importance of cooperation among the participants of social systems as a fundamental characteristic of relationships. Understand and know how to apply communication techniques. Identify the appropriate behaviors and attitudes in the care, reception, and relationship with users/patients/clients and professionals.
  • Teaching methodologies and assessment

    Teaching methodologies and assessment

    Theoretical-practical classes that include: student research on various topics, presentation and discussion of exposition of more complex themes by the teacher, accompanied by illustrative examples. Analysis and critical comment of topics whose documentation is previously provided. 1. Continuous evaluation: Participation and exercises in classes (20% of the final grade); written test (will have a weighting of 50% of the final grade); work with public defense (30%). 2. Final exam: Written exam (100% of grade).
