Presentation
The UC, which is part of one of the six reference areas of HRM, covers the study of processes, contents and organizational mechanisms essential to complying with the vast legislation on working conditions, emerging from community and, inherently, national regulations. The Occupational Health and Safety area is managed, in almost all organizations, depending on the HRM, which is why it plays a decisive role in achieving good working conditions and in increasing the general indicators of human resources.
