Objectives
LG1. Identify the different objectives of an integrated management system and performance evaluation; LG2. Systematise the main conceptual models on performance and potential management, characterizing its main components; LG3. Know the conditions that influence the effectiveness of a performance and potential management system and identify ways to optimize them; LG4. Carry out a critical analysis of performance and potential management systems, identifying key variables for their development, implementation and continuous improvement.

Metodologia dos modelos mentais- desenvolve e refina as competências de tomada de decisão e resolução de problemas. Metodo interrogativo- refina as competências de criatividade, diálogo e relexão. Metodo de realidade virtual- desenvolve a confiança e as competências em situação de simulação. Aprendizagem baseada na experiência, metodologia da dinâmica de grupo.
