Intervention areas - all HRM subsystems. Relevance - Very high, as it is through the internship/seminar that students put into practice the theoretical knowledge acquired.

Syllabus
1. Presentation and explanation of theoretical models by students and their possible application in companies. 2. Individual and group reflection on intervention methodologies in the different areas of HRM. 3. Training of students in the application of conceptual and technical instruments that support quality and scientifically based work in HRM projects. 4. Guidance of students in the formulation of the research problem, in the development of the structure of a research work, in the methodology to be chosen and in the collection and analysis of data. 5. Preparation of the internship plan and subsequent elaboration of the analysis and evaluation report of the internship carried out, in accordance with the rules applicable to scientific reports. 6. Analysis of the knowledge acquired by the students through the internship and the perspective of its application in the future professional life.

Active method and service based learning method: a) Case studies and group discussions; b) Bibliographic research and self-study; c) Analysis and discussion of scientific articles related to the internship and project context; d) Carrying out and defending practical work in an organizational context. Expository and interrogative method, for the presentation and reflection on the basic theoretical frameworks. e) Development and implementation of a project applied to the context of the company hosting the internship with the introduction of theoretical themes studied in line with the project requirements.
