Objectives
Within the motivation reveal the interactions of individuals in increasingly diverse and demanding environments, enhance individual abilities for effective performance and the rewards adapt according to the needs. In the Leadership component, highlight the importance of the process of leadership in the successful management of people and organizations, identify the different types of leadership and its effectiveness depending on the situation, seize the soft skills to reveal the communicability in getting higher levels leadership.
