The bisector of the objectives and the program of the chair reveals the framework of competences that it is important to begin to refine with an Introduction to Law so conceived. What is intended with this curricular unit is, in conexion with Introdução ao Direito I , to enable students to understand the axiological requirements and teleological intentionality predicative of legal regulation, in order to be able to mobilize it when performing the tasks that, as jurists, should be called to perform. The jurists, sensu proprio, do not ask for the impersonal mastery of a technique, which reduces them to machines of silogizar, or the uncommitted observance of a discursive scheme centered in a relation between the end-half or function-effects, but the assumption of the clarity thematic sense of the law to make it judicative-decisively.
