Objectives
The curricular unit of Project II has as objective: The practical application of the knowledge acquired in the curricular unit of Project I, aiming at the development of research work in the area of Nutrition Sciences. Prepare a research paper. Training the student in the elaboration of studies in the area of Nutrition Sciences, according to a rigorous methodology and precise rules of discipline and conduct to follow in the analysis of well-defined questions in the reference area. Understand and apply the principles of scientific research methodology and the techniques that compose it.
