In an interdisciplinary way, it sprovides tools and techniques to students so that they can contribute to professional initiatives to support and promote local development, providing collective well-being in different sectors of the economy, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals.

Objectives
Objectives
In this course, the objective is to contextualize community development in a conceptual way, analyzing practices, conditions, and development factors. It also seeks to provide the necessary knowledge to understand the importance of an entrepreneurial attitude and the main characteristics of the entrepreneurial profile, providing the tools and techniques for dialogue with different stakeholders in the field of tourism.

Teaching methodologies and assessment
Teaching methodologies and assessment
Expository methods, case studies and active work dynamics will be used to understand and retain theoretical content. Next, a practical project will be developed in which knowledge can be applied to a real case. The first stage will involve a written test, which will account for 60% of the course evaluation. The second stage, preparation and presentation of the project, will account for 20% of the evaluation. Attendance and individual participation in activities will account for 20% of the evaluation. As an innovative methodology to support the teaching-learning process, Microlearning and Online Collaborative Learning will be used. Self-directed learning methods will also be applied.
