Teaching methodologies and assessment
Both theoretical and practical classes use active methodologies, such as debate, article analysis, swot analysis and discussions. Elaborating a final work that can be considered a prototype of an intervention project, opens the possibility for the student to use this work as support for their final dissertation. The field visit to entities with recognized work in Public Health, allows students to contact with a multiprofessional reality that is characteristic of Public Health. The elaboration of a critical review of a Public Health topic will allow the student to develop their analytical and critical thinking skills, assess the quality of evidence, identify gaps in the research, and form evidence-based conclusion, all the while.improving their scientific writing skills, aiming at improving their final master's dissertation.
