Teaching methodologies and assessment
In order to fulfill the learning objectives (LO) the following methodologies will be used: Expository - for presentation of program contents; Active – for planning a scientific research in the area of HRM, testing data collection and its respective statistical treatment. Continuous Assessment: Written test (50%); Empirical Article - group (30% written / 20% presentation). Final assessment: written exam worth 100%
