    LO1. Critically reflect on issues inherent in HRM research LO2. Distinguish the challenges inherent in the qualitative or quantitative nature of HRM scientific research LO3. Knowing and researching scientific information in the main databases LO4. Plan a research design in GRH according to its different phases LO5. Building data collection tools LO6. Processing of statistical data based on the SPSS programme LO7. Perform statistical analysis and interpret data

    Teaching methodologies and assessment

    In order to fulfill the learning objectives (LO) the following methodologies will be used: Expository - for presentation of program contents; Active – for planning a scientific research in the area of HRM, testing data collection and its respective statistical treatment. Continuous Assessment: Written test (50%); Empirical Article - group (30% written / 20% presentation). Final assessment: written exam worth 100%
