Objectives
Reflection on the intersection between Criminal Law and the Constitution, specifically the formal and material relationships established between the constitutional and criminal legal systems. By exploring the syllabus, particularly its pratical implications, students are encouraged to acquire critical and problematic reflection skills, commenting on and debating selected case law, and testing them in the working paper and in the study.

Teaching methodologies and assessment
Teaching methodologies and assessment
Classes begin with a theoretical-practical presentation of the syllabus, complemented by analysis and debate on selected case law in a proactive, practical, and dialogic space. The syllabus is compared with forensic practice, fostering students' critical and analytical skills and affirming their technical, scientific, and legal autonomy. This emphasizes the practical, not merely theoretical, speculative, or representative, nature of Applied Constitutional Criminal Theory.
