Presentation
This UC continues the work developed in UC Collaborative Practices I, focusing on the development of a set of practical projects where students will be able to experiment with different types of collaborative and multidisciplinary work inherent to a design project, such as coordination between peers, articulation of communication, critical/creative debate, co-creation and co-production, as well as the definition of analogue/digital tools that foster these practices. The challenges will be set by teachers, professionals or invited institutions, in a variety of contexts, establishing a link between the expanded concept of publishing (analogue, digital or performative), the student's interests and the construction of their tools and intervention strategies. The aim is to implement varied group dynamics and collaborate with institutions/organisations and communities outside the academic environment.

Objectives
Objectives
Promote theoretical/practical knowledge in the development of a design/research project; Encourage awareness of the importance of collaborative work, in multidisciplinary teams and diverse contexts, for the development and success of a design/research project; Develop projects based on the interpretation of different social and cultural contexts, as well as the interpretation of different professionals; Stimulate articulation between creative, critical and objective thinking; Stimulate playful thinking in the exploration and construction of dialogues, concepts, tools, strategies, forms and media for communication/publication; Develop the ability to work on content in a cohesive, concise and objective way, being aware of the complexity and importance of the project narrative; Promote free experimentation with materials, tools and techniques as a way of building paths in the application of the concepts developed.

Teaching methodologies and assessment
Teaching methodologies and assessment
This curricular unit is of a theoretical/practical nature based on active pedagogical methodologies/practices focused on the student and their learning through discussion and practical experimentation of the knowledge acquired in the work process, promoting an individual and collaborative training path. Establishing an open dialogue between teachers, students and guests allows skills to be acquired in an integrated and meaningful way and fosters autonomy, collaboration and cooperation. This curricular unit is assessed on a continuous basis and focuses on attendance, participation, materialisation, discussion and commitment to the work proposed. Assessment, which is individual in nature, is defined at different key moments in the proposed exercises, according to the supervision of each teacher/guest, discussed together at the end of the semester. These assessment moments are defined by the teachers and are compulsory.
