The Exercise Planning and Prescription CU for the Promotion of Health and Well-Being is part of a set of Course Units that aim to provide students with their own tools for future practice as an exercise professional. The CU relies on the recommendations of the main national and international entities, seeking professional practice based on the best scientific evidence. The organization of classes seeks a close articulation between content developed in previous training cycles, seeking to analyze and structure them in the face of contextual possibilities, introducing new content and developing skills in the face of different intervention possibilities. It is expected that in this way, as a final training product in the line of exercise and well-being, professionals will acquire with a high capacity to adapt their activity to most situations emerging from practice.
