Objectives
- Provide students with the main analytical processes essential to the construction of a strategic and dynamic perspective of companies with regard to the implementation of an integrated training policy in organizations; - Explore the importance of training in the general context and in the specific contexts of Human Resources Development Management; - Frame Training Management in organizations; - Contribute to the development of skills for its design and implementation; - Understand the main differences between Training, Teaching and Learning and build points of contact between them; - Design embryonic Training Management plans.
