The legal regime of individual subordinated employment relationships is studied (with the exception of the regime of termination of the employment contract, a matter that will be dealt with in the scope of the subject of Labor Law II (second semester).

The teaching-learning process includes innovative methodologies such as the viewing of film extracts to raise awareness of certain topics and the consultation of institutional websites relevant to reflection on the topics covered.
