    Objectives

    The learning process aims to provide students with the skills to recognise the key role of labour law, as well as to approach and solve practical issues that arise in the work based on the relevant legislation, analysing the relevant doctrine and case law.

    The teaching-learning process includes innovative methodologies such as the viewing of film extracts to raise awareness of certain topics and the consultation of institutional websites relevant to reflection on the topics covered.
