    PC1: Ongoing research lines in the Master's Degree in Clinical and Health Psychology of the UL, CUP - Integration in the investigation of the team and discussion of the developed/under development projects PC2: Database searches PC3: Methodologies oriented to literature review PC4: Research Plans and Procedures PC5: Data collection and analysis PC6: Elaboration and writing of research projects PC7: Submission of research proposals to the Comissão de Ética e Deontologia para a Investigação da Faculdade de Psicologia e Educação da Universidade Lusófona, CUP.  
  • Objectives

    Objectives

    LO1: To define an original research theme or research question in Clinical and Health Psychology. LO2: To conduct bibliographic research on the selected topic. LO3: To carry out a critical reading of scientific texts related to the selected topic and proceed to its synthesis and integration. LO4: To design an oriented and coherent research project about research questions and/or advanced hypotheses, scientifically grounded and ethically justifiable.
  • Teaching methodologies and assessment

    Teaching methodologies and assessment

    In this curricular unit students join one of the ongoing research lines ongoing in the Master’s in Clinical and Health Psychology. Students should attend research meetings, where they will have the opportunity to contact their research teams and projects; train transversal and specific research competences; and develop a research project in close articulation with the teamwork. Teaching methodologies include applied training (TM1), autofeedback (TM2), peer feedback (TM3) and lecturer feedback (TM4), bibliographic search (TM5). Thus, evaluation of this UC includes: Participation in team meetings (20%); Written proposal of the research project (60%); seminar task (20%).
