The numerous number of regulatory entities in the field are an evidence of the relevance of the UC and its indispensability in a second cycle of studies in law, in the field of specialization in publicist legal sciences. 2. Economic depression, financial crisis and retreat of Welfare State.

Objectives
Objectives
Intended that the student acquires knowledge about the specifics of Public Regulation, its origin and its importance in a State Guarantee. The student should also be able to discuss about regulation versus deregulation and understand their connection to the administrative law warranty. Still must realize the significance and importance of the regulatory contract and the right of adjudication and public-private partnerships. Still has a view that realize the importance of simplifying the preliminary administrative control of private activities. As for skills, it is intended to enable students to understand the concepts that are departing the syllabus allowing that reach a critical and scientific horizon of all this.

Teaching methodologies and assessment
Teaching methodologies and assessment
Classes are both theoretical and practical, always promoting the students oral and written participation. Herefore is it foreseen the jurisprudence analysis, together with relevant doctrine. Hence, the assessment will be continuous and students will be assessed as follows: oral participation: 35 %; written paper: 45 %; oral presentation: 20 %.
