Class Corporate Law

Students have the opportunity to learn about the main subjects on the business law agenda, going deeper into the current context and future perspectives, providing students with adequate theoretical and practical skills, with high economic and social relevance. The UC will cover topics on company, business and labor law, regulation of new technologies in the business environment.

[Companies Law and Technology]
[The main issues of Company Law will be analyzed: management, deliberations and supervision of companies under the current normative approach and questions about the influence of new technologies on administration mechanisms]
[Conflicts of interest in Groups of companies]
[The study of groups of companies calls for detailed attention in Portuguese law, especially due to the particularity of the domestic legal regime in relation to the various legislations in the European and comparative scope.]

• Teaching in theoretical classes on specific frameworks and deepening experimentation issues with theoretical frameworks and legislation.

• Classroom debate is essential in the ongoing assessment of the student.

• Assessment: INDIVIDUAL WORK PRESENTATION SEMINARS.

• Writing a report (15 to 20 pages)

• Scientific format: methodological rules.
