[The main issues of Company Law will be analyzed: management, deliberations and supervision of companies under the current normative approach and questions about the influence of new technologies on administration mechanisms]

[The study of groups of companies calls for detailed attention in Portuguese law, especially due to the particularity of the domestic legal regime in relation to the various legislations in the European and comparative scope.]

Objectives
Allow students a critical framework of current Portuguese and European business law; provide them with an in-depth study of some of them. Promote academic debate on the issues discussed.

• Teaching in theoretical classes on specific frameworks and deepening experimentation issues with theoretical frameworks and legislation.
• Classroom debate is essential in the ongoing assessment of the student.
• Assessment: INDIVIDUAL WORK PRESENTATION SEMINARS.
• Writing a report (15 to 20 pages)
• Scientific format: methodological rules.
