Objectives
1. Understand the concept of digital competences in the context of Media and Information Literacy; 2. Understand different models of digital competences, namely their theoretical frameworks, organization and relationship among identified competencies; 3. Identify digital competences' learning strategies; 4. Identify the actors' roles on digital skills acquisition in the context of Media Literacy and Information; 5. Critically analyse methods of measuring the levels of digital competences; 6. Identify best practices on learning digital skills in the context of Media and Information Literacy.
