The Lusófona Teaching Enhancement Programme brings together a series of initiatives designed to offer diversity, relevance, and timeliness, addressing the personal, professional, and pedagogical development needs of the teaching and research staff at Lusófona University.
This initiative takes place annually, at the end of each academic year and during the mid-semester break. The next edition will take place from 7 to 11 July 2025.
Considering the importance of promoting initiatives that support the personal development and career progression of tenured teaching staff at Lusófona University, each member of staff is required to participate in at least one of the available sessions, without prejudice to engaging in a greater number of training activities.
