When your application is marked as complete application, you should reply to the email received from gip@ulusofona.pt, confirming the application status, and request the issuance of the declaration. To check your application status, please access the Applicant Portal.
After payment, the declaration may take up to 10 working days to be issued. You can check the issuance deadlines in the Academic Regulations (Article 26). The current fee can be found in the Official Schedule of Fees.
The requested application declaration will include your personal information and the period of internal exams related to your application. Please note that at this stage of the application process, your enrolment/registration has not yet been recorded.
The document must be collected in person from the SIGA Office. If you are unable to attend in person, you may authorise someone else to collect it on your behalf by providing a signed and dated authorisation, along with copies of both parties’ identification documents. Find out how here.
