Documents for Applications with ENEM
- Proof of completion of secondary education (diploma, certificate or transcript) - it must be authenticated by the Portuguese Consulate in the issuing country or, if applicable, apostilled under the Hague Convention and translated into Portuguese by a sworn translator if the documents are issued in a language other than Portuguese, Spanish, French, or English (while waiting for the apostille, submit a simple copy);
- ENEM apostilled;
- Photocopy of passport or other legally equivalent document;
Documents for Applications without ENEM
- Certificate or Diploma issued by a competent authority, proving eligibility for higher education in the country of origin;
- Certificate or Diploma proving the completion of Portuguese secondary education or equivalent;
- Certificate issued by a competent authority attesting attendance or completion of a degree in the country of origin;
- Photocopy of passport or another legally equivalent document in Portugal;
- Document proving proficiency in the language of instruction of the chosen course (applicable to candidates whose qualification certificate is issued in a language other than Portuguese);
- ENES Form 2025 (only for those who have taken Portuguese national exams or entrance tests);
Declaration of honour commitment and later submission of a Residence Permit (which should be requested upon arrival in Portugal). The declaration of honour must be submitted with the student's application on the admissions portal.
Prerequisites: Only for candidates applying for the Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education and Sport. Medical Certificate proving that they meet the requirements of Group E Functional and Physical Fitness, in accordance with CNAES Resolution No. 338/2023 of 24 March (mandatory upon enrolment).
- All certificates and diplomas issued by foreign countries must clearly indicate the circumstances of their issuance and must be authenticated by the Portuguese Consulate in the issuing country or, if applicable, apostilled under the Hague Convention and translated into Portuguese by a sworn translator if issued in a language other than Portuguese, Spanish, French, or English.
- All the aforementioned documents can be scanned and submitted at the time of application. The originals must be presented to the Academic Services for verification before the start of classes.
- If the documents mentioned above are not submitted for verification, the student will not be able to attend classes, and the University must notify SEF (Foreigners and Borders Service) that the student is in non-compliance.
Fees
Payment Conditions
- International students benefit from the same tuition fee table as all other students.
- Tuition fees are due by the 8th of each month.
- International students, according to Order No. 8/2019, must pay the first two instalments at the time of registration/enrolment.
